It’s that time again – Time for you to download the latest edition of The Cycle Sessions. Thanks so much for all of you who tuned in when it aired on DI.fm, and for the support on Mixcloud as well.

This week I got the chance to dig into some newer tracks, but revisited some old favorites too. It’s more along the lines of what I envision to be the eventual sound of The Cycle Sessions, but it’s still not quite right just yet. It’s somehow missing that “live” feeling, and I want to fix that. I’ll figure that out over the coming weeks, I’m sure.

Man, what a long, strange trip it’s been.

After deciding (foolishly?) that I was done with Internet radio, I took a break for the past few months. In short, I had to really figure out what it was that I wanted to do with The Cycle, where it needed to go both from a production standpoint and from a hosting standpoint and I had to figure out exactly where my head was at with it. The first show over at DnBradio went off without a hitch! I can’t begin to tell you how exciting it is to get back in the game and behind the decks. I hadn’t gone through and processed or listened to incoming music in some time, so I just took the chance to play through things that I really enjoy. Here’s hoping you do too.

I have to admit, it felt pretty good to get back into the swing of things this week.  My thanks, of course, goes out to Squake for covering my show for a week while I was fighting off a stomach bug.  However, my entire week just feels a bit off if I don’t get to do my show.

So, this week I bring you new tunes from Bexxie, Donnie Dubson and quite a few more as well.  I can’t say that I had any highlights to the show, but overall it was a good time.
